Your initial consultation

At your first visit, our team reviews your registration information. Dr. L.T. Johnson performs an evaluation, explains the diagnosis and treatment options, and discusses the care plan and appropriate anesthesia or sedation options with you. Some care may be scheduled for a later appointment when the evaluation or medical history requires additional planning.

Before you arrive

  • Complete the secure new-patient registration in Denticon.
  • Bring a photo ID and insurance card, if applicable.
  • Bring a current medication list and any referral notes or recent imaging available to you.

Questions about surgery?

Tell our office about your medical conditions, medications, and prior treatment during your clinical intake. If IV anesthesia is planned, follow the preparation and transportation instructions our team gives you for your specific appointment.

Do not rely on general website instructions to change medications or fasting plans.
